What we collect

Account data (name, email, password hash), the integration credentials and OAuth tokens you connect (stored encrypted), the creators/leads and email content you create, and basic usage logs.

Google / Gmail data

If you connect Gmail, we access it solely to send the messages you schedule and to sync replies/bounces so we can show conversations and stop sequences on reply. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and you can disconnect at any time.

How we use data

To provide and operate the Service: discovery, scheduling, sending, sync, billing, and support. We do not sell your data.

Sub-processors

We use infrastructure and service providers (e.g., hosting, database, payment processing, Google APIs) to run the Service. Each processes data only to provide their service.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account, which removes your account data and disconnects mailboxes. Some records may persist briefly in backups.

Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
