Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Osiris (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for it.

2. The Service

Osiris helps you discover creators, manage outreach, and send email through your own connected mailbox. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services you connect (Google/Gmail, YouTube, and any data providers).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages, to scrape or access data in violation of any platform’s terms, or to circumvent any third-party access controls or rate limits. You will honor unsubscribe requests promptly and include a valid physical address in commercial email (CAN-SPAM, and equivalent laws).

4. Your accounts & data

You are responsible for safeguarding your login and any API keys or mailboxes you connect. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for deliverability outcomes, third-party account actions (e.g., suspension by Google), or indirect or consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
